If you don’t see what you’re looking for in our meat case, simply ask or email us, and we’ll do our best to source exactly what you need. All of our meat is raised without added hormones or antibiotics, ensuring the highest quality for your table.

New Lebanon, NY, heritage breed crosses including: Old Spot/Berkshire Cross, and Red Wattle. Pasture-raised, no added antibiotics or hormones, practice regenerative land management.
