Happy St. Paddy's Day! In this 1.5 hour class, our butchers take you from the whole animal to the finished product. Learn how to grind, season, stuff, and twist Irish Bangers. We'll feed you snacks and you get to take sausage home for your St. Paddy's day meal!
Classes are limited to 8 people, all participants must be 18+. All equipment and protective gear is supplied by WINNER.
