WINNER Butcher is a full-service butcher shop. We offer a wide variety of cuts, from snout to trotters. If you don’t see it in the meat case, just ask or send us an email and we will strive to get you what you need. All of our meat is free from added hormones and antibiotics.

At WINNER Butcher, we partner with farms that raise their animals with care, and exhibit the same care for their land. The animals are raised humanely outdoors on pasture by farmers who care for the health of the land and the wellness of the animals they raise.

WINNER Butcher creates connections between farm community and our Brooklyn community. We offer a direct line to the source of your food, so you know exactly where your meat is coming from.

A cooperative of 70 family-owned farms across the Northeast. Majority angus breeds, some heritage crosses. Pasture-raised and 100% Grass-fed. No added antibiotics or hormones.

GRAIN-FINISHED BEEF from Happy Valley Meats
Small family farms in PA, majority angus breeds, some heritage crosses. Pasture-raised, grass & grain fed, no added antibiotics or hormones.

PORK from Climbing Tree Farm
New Lebanon, NY, heritage breed crosses including: Old Spot/Berkshire Cross, and Red Wattle. Pasture-raised, no added antibiotics or hormones, practice regenerative land management.

PORK from Stryker Farm
Saylorsburg, PA, Heritage breed crosses including: Berkshire, Tamworth, Old Spot, Large Black, Hereford, Yorkshire. Pasture-raised & Non-GMO feed, no added antibiotics or hormones.

LAMB (SHEEP) from Stryker Farm
Saylorsburg, PA, Dorset, Dorper & Katahdin cross breed. Pasture-raised and 100% Grass-fed, no added antibiotics or hormones.
